Indiana Arts, Connecting you to a world of art
Adams, Donna
Printmaker And Photographer (View Portfolio)
Shelbyville, IN 46176
I create photographs both at home and afar that invite the viewer to see the subject in a new way. Bodies of work include digital close-ups of plants around my home, Shelby County images, Guatemala images, and photographs from other locations.
I received my M.F.A. Degree at University of Missouri - Columbia. I teach printmaking and photography at University of Indianapolis. I have studied non-toxic printmaking extensively with Keith Howard, as well as 4-color printing with David Jay Reed and non-toxic solutions with Friedhard Kiebeken in Scotland. I and six of my students were included in the national non-toxic invitational recently held at the IAC.
