INDIANAARTS.ORG FEATURED ARTIST
Knight, Jane
painter, photographer (View Portfolio)

I use paint to express my impression of images I see in my mind and in the world. I use the ideas of my influences (Monet, Kandinsky and Pollock) to give the viewer more than just an image. I want to show the image on many levels. The people that look at my paintings will always discover something new each time. Each piece truly is a wo-di (Cherokee word for paint) impression.”
